 this doesn’t seem the correct box as nowhere for the red cab to fit, can a virgin engineer phone me or contact me directly

Just remove the white cable from the splitter and connect your red quick start cable in its place. There seems to be another cable from the splitter going back into the wall. Do you have another cable outlet somewhere?

Thanks for the reply, I didn’t connect as you said, followed the steps and when I tried to connect the phone and clicked on the button for the self repair it said no internet, any ideas?

But I do have all the green lights but when I try and connect they all disappear?
