New customer

Hi There 
I placed an order with yourselves to have internet installed, and the engineer date was supposed to be Thursday 2nd April. Obviously I realise due to the current situation things will be delayed
However, I was just wondering if you are able to give me an indication of how long it could take and if you are coming out at all? I work for central government and need internet quite soon so will have to look for alternative options if you need to delay for some time?
 
i haven’t been given an account number so I can’t check online as yet?
