New customer with QuickStart kit not working

Hi all new customer here and not the greatest first experience!

I received my QuickStart kit today because in the new flat I have moved into they already had a Telewest box installed ready for Virgin broadband. I followed the instructions and have tried every single troubleshoot I could find but I still only get a green flashing WiFi signal and a solid horizontal green flashing light appear on my router. I have activated my broadband and have received the text confirmation for that. But it still doesn’t work!

I have tried phoning through to Virgin Media also but alas I have had no success, going to try again tomorrow. Honestly at my wits end because we are in desperate need of this internet and we’re under the impression it would be quick! All the cables are fine, just want to get through to a human being instead of an automated robot.

Please if anyone can help that would be amazing.
