New customer still not received contract?

Hi I ordered a package on 5th February from virgin media and received an email confirming my order. It said I would receive a contract "soon" and I'll be contacted within 48hrs if there are any issues.

I've still had no contract sent (not in spam either).

I've spent 2 weeks trying to get in contact with the sales team but have had no luck. One customer service rep finally confirmed 'there was a problem with my order' and offered to put me through to sales - but sales are never there and cut me off before I get to speak with them.

My new package is supposed to arrive on 5th march and yet I have no idea what's going on. Can I please have an update ASAP from one of the mods here? 

I can DM my details.

Hi

I'm in an exact position. Got my order confirmation on the 5th of February saying I'll get my contract soon and they'll call me in the next 48 hours to confirm the collection of the parcel.

No contract and no call. I'm supposed to have collected a Quick start order today but no parcel.

Please assist.
