New customer set everything up hub 3 kelps flashing green

Hi set everything up on router and tv no internet... rang activation line told me will be active tomorrow... got a txt one hour later to say your active... still no internet and hub flashing green help

Reboot the Hub and see if it picks up the activation signal.

Hi no not able to set up due to no internet.... got new kit yesterday plugged it in and set up rang active team said will be on today... about 7 last night I got a msg to say I have been activated... but still no internet.. checked before I went to work this morning but still router flashing green.. won’t be able to check until I’m home... ABOT 2-30

OK, well if your able to skip the network setup on TV box and get to BBC 1 then this will tell us if the cable to your house is disconnected and may need a technician to visit and sort.

Will do although had no option to skip yesterday just msg to call about your service... I think this is obviously due to no internet from hub

It sounds like you need a technician to check outside cabling, you could hang around here but could take a a few days to get a response from staff, so would need to call customer services.
