New customer - self install, Hub not working

Hi 

I am a new customer to virgin. I have received self set up pack . My hub seems not working. It has red light. It start with white light and blink couple of time, then it go to red. I have reset the hub as forum advices . Still the same. Rang the number but it says it’s up and running. Please help
