I am moving into my new house next Wednesday and I ordered my virgin media connection about 3 weeks ago and it has not turned up.
I can’t contact anyone as I don’t have an account number or area code yet. Can someone help me please find out what’s happening? I went with quick start but I think I may need the entry point of the virgin line moving, should I wait to get this done?
