I am a new customer and placed an order for tv BB telephony and 2 mobiles and I have received 1 sim when it should have 2 and a new number which I don’t want, I want 2 and numbers ported to Virgin , I also want my landline number ported which isn’t anywhere on the orders. I cannot get help on web, contact numbers, App or hot buttons on the portal, I spent 2 days on chat waiting to get someone to help to no avail. Can anyone help me get to a person who can help as I’m due the install on Monday and I need this sorted before it’s too late
You will be given new numbers to start with but they'll eventually port your old numbers across but they won't be able to do this until you've told them your pac code. Either keep trying on the phone or text them.
I wanted to make sure I have 2 mobiles to be set up as Virgin have sent me instructions and a sim for 1 only with a new number, I cannot chance not getting the numbers ported as they could be re-allocated by VF or recovered to BT there’s nothing to support moving my landline number either and given my lack of getting anyone to help I could see if drifting through.
