New customer no virgin wall socket

Joining in

I signed up for broadband and landline, was eligible for self install seemed easy enough until I received my install kit and realised I don’t have a virgin socket in my house. Just an old bt phone point. How do I go about getting this sorted? Many thanks

There may be just a cable coming through the wall, without a box. Have a look outside for a grey or brown box and see if there's a wire coming through. If that doesn't help, you will need to call for a technician on the Pre Installations number 0800 052 1734.
