Hello, I am a new customer and picked up my quickstart kit yesterday and have been unable to connect to the Internet. I've tried multiple devices, all connect to the router but without Internet access.
I have followed all the steps to try and resolve the issue (rebooting, turning off and on again, factory reset), I've been on hold last night and today with customer services 3 times for an hour each time before being cut off.
I am currently on hold as I type this
We received a text this morning to say it has been activated yet it still isn't working.
I am only getting a solid white (yellowish?) light on the router, so it appears it should be working fine.
