Hi, I signed up as a new customer 3 days ago. I got the confirmation email straight away and was supposed to get a link with the contract within 48 hours but haven’t. The QuickStart equipment was also supposed to be sent to a collect plus location to be collected today but again I’ve had no confirmation of this. Can someone check what is happening please? The phone number in the order confirmation has a recorded message saying some services aren’t available due to covid and then cuts me off. Thanks
