New customer no contact

Hi

I bought ordered installation and broadband on the 20th April, I received a confirmation email stating the next steps such as sending a contract or confirming installation dates. Neither of which has been done, I understand the installation might be delayed but I would at least like my contract out sent to me or any kind of update regarding my order
