I’m moving into a house with an existing Virgin Media account next week.
I’ve taken out a new account and have received and approved the pre contract agreement, but I’ve heard no more information and haven’t received a customer number to be able track delivery of the router or anything else.
Am I missing something? Or would someone mind providing some guidance on how the connection will be terminated once the seller moves out and mine enabled when I move in?
