Im writing here as i cannot find any answer. I received my Hub 3 yesterday in the morning. After 2 hours of reading what im doing wrong and why i see just green steady wifi light and flashing green base light i tried to contact virgin and found out i need to acrivate. So i did. Still didnt help. I tried to call but because of covid noone use phones so i used live chat. I was told everything is fine but when i said its not i was told i am going to be redirected to technician which will answer me in next 24 hours .... but it never happened. I thought i will write here 🙂
When i connect to my router i can see that internet access is denied and in device information network access is blocked. I upload some screenshot as well.
