Hi, I ordered gig1 broadband with an install date of today. I've not heard anything today and there seems to be no other way to contact virgin to find out whats going on?
Is there any other way I can find out when the install will happen? Not a good start to my first experience with Virgin 😞
I really need Internet for Monday otherwise working from home will be a struggle
