New customer impressed with experiences so far

Just bought our first home and got Virgin Media M250 + TV + Landline for £25.50 a month which I thought was a great deal and going to tack on Volt when I can.

The isolator cable in the quickstart kit was too short as I had planned to run cables over a doorway to place the router on the other side of the room. Called customer service line and within 10 minutes both a 5m and 10m isolator cable are on their way to me free of charge, quick and easy just like that. Must say I'm really impressed with everything so far, broadband was up and running within 30 minutes of installation and even getting speeds as advertised.

I'm sure it'll all come crashing down soon, lol.

A good price and efficient service too. Nice to hear. Volt is indeed a great benefit. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
