Got my quickstart pack yesterday, but after connecting to the wall socket the hub 3.0 green light is blinking.
The wall socket and wiring was alteady done on the property by the previous tenant.

Is there anyway i can book an appointment with an engineer or a technician so this can be sorted out?
It’s possibly the hub has not been activated.
