New customer - engineer visit

Hello..

how do I arrange an engineer plz? I’m a new customer and can’t do the QuickStart myself. Equipment has arrived. Thanks

Hi phone 0345 454 1111 and ask for an engineer install, why did you accept self install if didn't have the inferstructure in place, or the know how. Regards Micky

QuickStart is only offered if Virgin has been installed before, and is the recommended option if it has. However, some people don't know what to look for before agreeing to it, then they get a coax cable and wonder where they are supposed to put it as they only have a telephone line.
