New customer delays with delivery of kit

I ordered broadband on 11-SEP-2022 and I still haven’t received my self installation kit.  I was informed it would arrive on 16-SEP-22, then I was notified it would be delivered on 20-SEP-22.  I've not received the self installation kit.

Mine is supposed to be installed tomorrow and I haven't even had anything saying the equipment has been sent.

May I ask if you've reached out to Yodel regarding the delivery?

Are you able to confirm what the equipment is that was to be delivered?
I've had a look on my end and I can see that the services are active.

Yes all delivered and activated however it did take me phoning the pre installation team but got there in the end.
