New customer but no details yet, and I have been charged

I signed up to Virgin Media last night (Sunday 6th September) and the first few attempts the site seemed to have failed. I kept trying and eventually (after doing F5 a few times) I finally got billed the £80 set-up fee. However, I still haven't received the follow-up email with the draft contract or any other supporting email.
The site did say I'd have my box arrive on Wednesday 9th September 7am-9am but I am not confident that will be the case.
This is for a rolling-monthly contract.
Can anyone help ? Has anyone had an issue like this before? Seems like I am being ghosted!
