New customer WiFi phone not working

Installed today all working fine but suddenly all has gone off both internet and phone line. Power on but no line connection or lights on hub

Best to phone VM and report your fault.

If there are no lights at all on the hub, it sounds like the power supply has been removed.

Have you checked that the power lead hasn't come out of the hub?
