New costumer

Hi all

I getting today my kit and after to connection my hub still with the green lights and dosen’t work 

I have this wall box for tv and fm 

and this another one 

but with don’t have cable for use 

can somebody help me pls?

Whilst waiting for the images to be approved - can you confirm that you called the activation number to activate all the new VM kit?

Vm equipments won't connected to your phone socket i think last picture is your isolater where they should be connected if you have signals on that you shouldn't have any problems otherwise live chats can help you true

I connected in the box with tv/fm

bcz for the another one we don’t have cable

Ok the coax cable goes to connection that says Tv then if you have only broadband the other end will go into hub if both Tv and bb then you will have a splitter with 2 cables coming off it one.for each service connect but do not power on. On the.box will be a.number to call to activate equipment call and they will talk you through. If you have phone service this no longer goes to the wall socket if the box sent will be a small adaptor that goes into the TEL1 port on the back of the hub and your.phone plugs into here.

Hi you will have in your kit a cable that you can push onto the underneath off one of those boxs just have a look if there are 2 bolts.use the one on the right then connect your eq as the user guide says you will need to ring in to activate eq hope this helps

was working 30min this morning,but after start again with lights flashing green and dosen’t work

There is a reset pin hole on the back press for 10 seconds and let it boot up again ta
