Looks like noise ingress. Please ensure a coax cables are fully seated and tight in their sockets. The figures are accumulative since the hub was last power cycled, which may be some time. So please, turn off hub for 2 minutes, turn on, then after about 2 hours post a new full set of stats. We can then see the current situation.

Hi,

I rebooted the hub and tightened the cables, approx 1700 Monday 02/05/2022. I have also set up a think broadband monitor.

The graph and stats are fine, no sign of any Post RS errors which are uncorrectable and cause problems. No sign of circuit problems at present.

Hi @millster007,

Welcome to our community forums and sorry to hear you have been having issues with your service connection.

We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help.

I have had a look at our system and everything seems fine hub-wise. Are you able to further expand on the type of connection issues you are having so we can best understand and help?

Thanks,
