New contract - order not delivered

Hey, 

I have ordered a wifi router + 1gig broadband self installation kit that had a delivery date set for today however this has not appeared, I haven’t received any dispatch confirmation nor any other information from yodel. Only received 2 emails containing order confirmation and pre-contract documents. I cannot use customer services either due to not having an account number. Any help would be much appreciated.
