New contract - no telephone line

Hi, I have got a new contract with Virgin since 28/3 for broadband and telephone but the telephone line is not working. Keep calling the contact centre but no one answers. Was trying to find an email address or the chat function but no joy! How do I report the fault??

How are you checking the line? Have you made sure your phone is plugged into your broadband hub port 1?

If you are a new customer you should have been supplied with an RJ11 to BT adapter which you plug into the hub's TEL 1 port.

It is connected to the hub port 1, still not working. I've run test online on service status and tells me to call Virgin...
