What devices are you connecting? Are they capable of wired speeds above 100 Mbps?
'Connected devices' shows you the link speed of the device to the hub.
I think you need to look in 'Advanced settings' in the hub somewhere to find the speed the VM hub is connected at to the VM network.
(Edit: try Advanced settings>Tools>Network status>Configuration (tab) from some Googled screenshots look for 'Primary Downstream Service Flow' and 'Max Traffic Rate' which should show if you are on M200 - e.g. 200Mbps would show as 200000000 max traffic rate )
