As I'm at the end of my contract I applied for a bundle as a new customer, assuming it would cancel the old lapsed contract and I'd be set up with new. Ref KMM51383435V58380L0KM Order WS6792079.
I then received a phone call which was silent for a minute and a half before I hung up, which seemed to be from customer services. Then I received an e-mail saying that my order had been cancelled, and I would need to place a new order from within My Virgin. There are no offers available for me, and I don't want to try applying for a new bundle again with the associated credit check. Whats the best way to continue as I'd like to stick with Virgin if I can.
