We are due to move into a new build in the next 3 weeks. There is Virgin fibre on the new development. I've been informed by Taylor Wimpey that everything should be set up with Virgin and we'd just need to contact them. I've tried to contact the New Build team at Virgin but was informed the line was closed due to COVID so no one could help me. We need fibre set up when we move in as we with from home.
