New build issue

Hi all, 

recently moved into a new build, we where told that the house is already wired up to Virgin so naturally we chose the package and signed the contract for ease. 

the pre install team arrived on Monday to connect the cables, but informed me that I have been given the wrong information, although all the cables are in and ready, there is nothing to connect them too, I.e the big standing boxes you see in the street don’t exist. I have tried to contact my Virgin guy who came to our house to sell us the package to find out what to do, because as it stands the install team will still be coming Saturday, but I still can’t get a reply. Any help?
