Moving into a new build house on an estate at the end of the month, trying to sign up to Virgin online, our postcode is coming up and virgin is available on other street numbers, but our house number isn’t showing up, I’ve registered it with Royal Mail and we’ll be on of the first to move in on the street.
has anyone got any suggestions or can someone from virgin contact me? Tried calling before and they don’t understand, plus left my details twice via the form to be contacted back but haven’t heard anything.
