is there anyone to contact at Virgin who can help with supply for a new build house?

I am building a house in the garden of the main house which has virgin media supply however the new house is accessed of a road that does have virgin media supply. I am happy to install ducting to the house from the road that has virgin media supply but need someone to discus what to do?

Welcome back to the community forums. 

I can see that you had a thread opened on the same issue previously. Is the new address registered with Royal Mail? You can see here if the address is registered. 

The address would need to be registered for it to appear at our side to check if it is serviceable or not. Once on registered on our systems, the sales team might be able to arrange a spotter to see if the property is serviceable or not.
