New build home not on the Virgin Post Code finder

Hi

I've recently purchased a new build and am due for completion in the coming weeks. I wanted to get a head start and book an engineer to do sort my internet not longer after I moved in. 

The builders on the estate have pre installed virgin to all houses on the estate so I don't see why this would be an issue but I've been told i can't get anything booked as my house isn't showing on the postcode finder. My neighbours who have been moved in a few months are. 

My house number also doesn't currently show on the royal mail post code finder but my neighbours does so im not sure if its connected to that.
