I live on a street that has the Virgin network available but I’ve moved into a new build house that was built after the virgin cables were laid. Therefore I can’t sign up to the Virgin Broadband even though all my neighbours can,

Does anyone know who I speak to at Virgin to get them to come and connect their network to my house?
