Hi. I tried to contact VM via customer service number - i waited more than an hour and then i was cut off. Is there a direct number i could call? Also, if I DM you the postcode of the new build could you confirm set up is possible, please? I'm quite sure it is wired up (neighbours are) . Thanks
Just an update on this, I was on the phone - all going well, speaking to lots of very helpful members of the VM team and I was then cut off. Original question remains unanswered. I'll try again tomorrow. VM need to employ more staff.
Hi Daryl. I've spoken to someone at VM, again v helpful. i was told to contact the new build developer to ask if they've requested VM be set up at the property. I'm dealing with a small builder, not a big firm, and i'm not sure i'm going to get anywhere. Can i contact someone to ask that my house is connected? VM is in the street that leads to the new build site
