Good evening,
My partner and I are due to move into our new build on 29th June. Our building developers (Bellway) have assured us that the house is all wired up and ready to go with FTTP from both BT and Virgin, and pointed to the service cabinet where our cables run from.
I can’t find our address registered on the availability checker and we’d really like to have Virgin as our broadband supplier.
Bellway seemed surprised that no one on our estate has gone with Virgin as their supplier yet, and I wonder if there’s an issue with availability.
Please could our case be looked at?

Update:
The Virgin sales team advised that the new build development is still under review and couldn’t define a date as to when Virgin will make the site live.
I’ve created a ticket with Bellway as I believe it’s their responsibility to pursue this further.
I really hope we’re not waiting a long time.
