New broadband not working

hey,

i have upgraded to the 1giga broadband and they sent me the new router on Tuesday, since Tuesday I cannot set up the broadband, it should be plug and play as I was currently with virgin before, anywho I tried calling up for support but keep getting cut off or sent a stupid link which doesn’t help, I’ve been with out internet now for 4 days now and no one been helping me 

I need them to activate my new broadband but getting threw to them is taking the mick as I said before I keep getting disconnected or sent a link which doesn’t help

Have you tried activating your new router ?
