New broadband connection - Track order - No open orders in place error
I signed up for a new broadband connection early this month with start date as 30-Mar. I opted for self installation and collect the kit from a near by collect+ store. I logged into virgin media account o track the order, i got an error saying "I am no longer a virgin media customer" and track order option gave an error "no open orders".
I tried contacting customer support, waited for almost an hour and call got disconnected. I tried web chat, no response.
Can someone please let me know whether i will have any issue in getting a new connection on Monday.
