New broadband connection - Track order - No open orders in place error

I signed up for a new broadband connection early this month with start date as 30-Mar. I opted for self installation and collect the kit from a near by collect+ store. I logged into virgin media account o track the order, i got an error saying "I am no longer a virgin media customer" and track order option gave an error "no open orders".

I tried contacting customer support, waited for almost an hour and call got disconnected. I tried web chat, no response.

Can someone please let me know whether i will have any issue in getting a new connection on Monday.

You have the option of either phoning in or waiting on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread, someone should be along within a couple of days.

Don't bump your thread; it doesn't get answered any quicker.
