Hi, I am an existing customer. I have recently moved into a flat that isn't listed on the virgin postcode checker. The other flats in the building are on there.
I have a NTL socket and my router is flashing green.
I spoke to the movers team who booked a couple of engineers for January, I'm not sure that they are needed as the cables are already there.
Any ideas how to get online sooner?

Thanks for the reply! Yes it is my old hub. I was told the engineers still need to check the cables on the exterior of the building before they can turn my connection on. Fortunately they can now visit this week instead of in January.
