New address not being found can't make an order

Moving to a new development called Colindale Gardens. I have an Openreach modem already inside and also Virgin wires and boxes also. The developer said I can get both but Virgin might require an engineer visit while Openreach won't.

 

Now the problem is both can't find my address and I've already filled in the form to Openreach. My address is on Royal Mail too. I'm basically gonna join whoever connects me first at this point lol.

What do I do in this situation? I'll be getting the VIP package if Virgin set me up first.

Have you phoned VM?

Yeah when I called them they straight away said we can't find your address so that means you can't get out service right now

VM won't have a record if the developer hasn't told them they have wired it up the estate. Get on to the developer and push them to notify.

Called them and a very helpful staff member asked me to try and get the engineers name and I will have to get back to her on Monday.
