New address not appearing

Hello, I'm moving home shortly and I know the house has virgin coverage as it's a conversion (essentially the old flat had virgin, they made 2 flats out of it, and the virgin cable is literally dangling out of the window).
The new address however does not show in virgin's system (it does however in sky's, for example).
Is there any way to install anyway? Otherwise I will have no alternative but to move to another provider.

Apologies for the delayed response. If the address exists in the royal mail system https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode

then we should be able to update it. If you still need assistance then we can send you a PM to confirm your address.

Hello, I'm moving home shortly and I’m not able to find the address on VM post code checker. I was told that the address is based on the Royal Mail database, and my address does indeed appear on Royal Mail. 

Can anyone help update my address?
