New account/order conformation

HI All,

On Friday I ordered a Virgin bundle as a new customer and recieved an order verification email which explained I would recieve a link to the contract and equipment delivery information.

I have so far not recieved any further emails and have had no luck calling the support line. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to track the order other than using an account number which I do not have??
