New account. Called to activate.
Broadband is working.
No tv channels despite have the "Maxit" package and no landline.
Logging into my account online shows "services suspended". Rang Virgin from my mobile and got transfered. Just spent 55 mins on hold to faults to be cut off .
Not a great start. What gives?

Just to make sure. You are plugging your phone into the hub.
You should be plugged into the top RJ11 socket on the Virgin hub, not any landline master socket on the wall.

Ok. Thanks. That sorted out the phone line. New one on me. Always had the phone directly into the wall...
Any ideas on the tv channels?
That’s an account problem, so give VM a call. Best time is just after 8am in the morning when the UK call centres are also operating as well as offshore.
