Hi all

Just signed up for an account, but stupidly forgot to use the referral code/link I was given by a friend (the Aklamio scheme). What's the best way forward for me here - cancel the account and start again, or can this be applied retrospectively?

I received the link from them, if that's what you mean? But I closed the tab I'd opened via the link, and ordered in a totally separate tab, so I don't think the code was applied on either side (mine or theirs).

Unfortunately, if the customer has not signed up through the referral link directly, we would be unable to apply any credits to the account.
