Trying to contact Virgin to get help with a connection. I had an account earlier this year in a tenanted flat, but cancelled it due to covid. New tenants now going in so called to get it reconnected and was assured that original hardware would be reinstated, but no, new router and tv box has arrived and tv box has a different cable connection so can get it connected. 1 hour on phone, no answer, have had to come home. Absolute shambles.
