Is it possible when signing up to Virgin media to send it the wifi box to a different address (not the one that has been initially given to Virgin Media)?
We want to receive the box before moving into our new address as we don’t want to risk the box not turning up and then we don’t have wifi. Will this create confusion? Has anyone else done this or know of anyone that has?

It's worth mentioning that this will only work if you are having a self-install installation, which means there is an existing Virginmedia connection there. If there isn't already a VM socket then a technician installation will be needed and they will bring the equipment.
