New Virgin Wifi, Flashing Green Arrows

We just connected our new box and are having trouble getting it to actually connect to the wifi. The green wifi sumbol comes up, followed by a flashing green light at the bottom and then two flashing green arrows. But then the other lights disappear and just the flashing green arrows remain with no wifi connection. Not sure what to do

Did you follow any "activation" instructions that were in the package? The equipment activation number is... 0800 953 9500 worth checking even if they say it has been.
