I ordered the VM M100 Fiber broadband on 01/05/2022 to arrive 04/05/2022.
I have read in the terms and conditions that it can take up to 5 working days before receiving an email/text notify my new package is being delivered, Its now the 06/05/2022 and I still haven't received any notifications/emails regarding my order/delivery date.
My order Number is: CH2009332369
Can I please have some kind of confirmation on my delivery date please? I need to make sure I am home for this. I work very long hours in the week and I am afraid I may miss it.
