New Virgin Installation Advice

Hi, I have a broadband installation booked for few weeks time and looking for some advice. Virgin has never been wired up to the house so an engineer is coming to lay cable to the house.

My front room is at the back of the house, will the engineer be willing to lay the cable front the front drive around the property to bring it in at the back or will he want to just go to the closest part of the property?

Also my front drive is tarmaced and I don't want it dug up, will the engineer be able to lay the cable in trunking under the hedge at the edge of my property or will I need to buy trunking in advance?

Anyone advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Steve

Re: New Virgin Installation Advice

the cable can be put under a hedge. Sometimes in pipe sometimes not. He will run a ccable around hte house to the entry point you need as long as at ground level or first floor. they can't install above first floors
