3 days ago tried to set up the new tivo 6 box unsuccessfully, we are not able to speak to a human, hours phoning or being cut off. The box is showing a constant amber light, we have followed reboot instructions from this forum but still no joy. Initially virgin operative Nathan registered the box but we haven't been able to reach anyone since Sunday. Is the box faulty, do we need an engineer? Please help, desperation is setting in!!!!
