i have set up a new TiVo box to replace old broken one
followed instructions (three times) only to end up each time with error 7012
website and box both say phone virgin but keep getting cut off after holding for 30 mins
tried 150 and 0800 number
my broadband connection is also about as strong as a candle in the wind
I’ve been with virgin for many years but getting frustrated
COVID is not an excuse for poor customer service . I understand the challenges but as a business owner myself we have made sure our customer experience is better than before and customers are calling us to transfer their business to us
